20 Seconds of Happiness


Take 20 seconds. Breathe. Inhale, exhale, smile. I did this throughout the day.

This morning I awoke to my favorite morning love language. Hot caffeine. I stretched, I rolled, I rallied. Onwards, into the day. A shower, some chaos, a smile, another day.

Got out of work, became a pillow, had a shot, played some vid games, ate a fantastic BLT.

Moral of the story… Take 20 seconds today and smile. Even in chaos, it’s worth 20 seconds of happiness.
